This lake, only 20 minutes north and west of Wakefield or 45 minutes from Ottawa-Gatineau, has been popular for generations. Close enough to the city for a 4-season residence but primarily populated with 3- and 4-season cottages, this lake is not too crowded and the north shore has large sections of unspoiled nature.
